Engineered to sit perfectly on rapid, concrete-free ground screws, our pre-fabricated wall and base systems fit together with millimeter precision. It gives trade builders and capable DIYers a fast-track route to a highly insulated, weatherproof room shell in a fraction of the time and cost of a traditional build.
The Base
Fast, clean ground screws are installed—no concrete, no deep digging or alternatively concrete pads can be used. Our modular floor cassettes drop straight onto the screws, creating a perfectly level, insulated deck.

Advanced pre-insulated wall panels link together rapidly to form the structural footprint of your extension or conservatory.
Full Compatibility
Top the structure with our precision-fit Tiled Warm Roof or Insulated Flat Roof, then finish the exterior with your choice of modern cladding, render, or brick-slips.
- Real Brick Slip external finish installed on convenient rails custom made to clip your brick slips into giving you perfect mortar joints
- or an external render board that allows a plasterer to apply a wet render coat directly too.
Customers can also apply their own finish if requested.

As with all of our products our modular wall and base system comes with detailed installation guides to help yo through the process of a DIY or professional installation. The system is so easy to install that a full extension or conservatory can be built in days whilst avoiding all of the ground works mess and delays that comes with building a traditional brick and mortar building.
